Over six years in Learning & Development and HR for tech organisations, designing learning programs for 2,000+ employees with a satisfaction rate of 4.8/5. Four years leading an educational counseling organization for 5,000+ youth across Vietnam. Now pursuing a Master’s in Learning Design in Technology to build equitable, scalable and evidence-based learning experiences.
Why Learning Design in Technology
From Practice to Principle
I have designed and delivered hundreds of learning programs including onboarding, leadership development, AI literacy and EQ coaching at MoMo for 2,000+ employees. Yet I have always sensed the gap between what I know works and why it works. A Master’s in LDT will give me the theoretical foundation to design with intention, not just intuition.
Technology as Equity
Through SunJob and Lean In Vietnam, I witnessed firsthand how limited access to quality career guidance perpetuates inequality. I believe technology-powered learning design is one of the most powerful levers for creating equitable opportunities and I want to be at the frontier of building that future, especially for emerging markets in Asia.
Bridging Research & Impact
As a member of APCDA, I am deeply embedded in communities that shape career development policy across the Asia-Pacific. A rigorous academic programme will amplify my ability to contribute evidence-based, scalable solutions, not just local interventions.

HR Manager
AI for Vietnam · Foster City, CA (Remote)
- Led and developed a six-member HR team driving end-to-end HR operations and Learning & Development for a ~100-member organisation, spanning headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Designed the learning agenda for AI Day, a flagship event with 560 attendees, 200+ volunteers, a 4.4/5 audience rating and 40+ media features – including content structure, speaker flow and cross-functional coordination.
- Led recruitment and workforce management for 150+ volunteers at a national Hackathon, overseeing hiring needs, selection criteria and end-to-end execution.

- Delivered structured career education content; developed frameworks and guides, collaborating with content creators to align materials with student learning needs.
- Designed and executed the Robotics 360° Workshop, securing 227 registrations, 50 attendees, ~80% session retention and positive feedback showing increased student understanding and interest in Robotics.
- Defined learning outcomes, developed feedback tools and analysed student insights to drive continuous programme improvement and impact measurement.

- Achieved an Employee Satisfaction Survey score of 4.8/5.0 among 60+ new hires monthly by transforming the Orientation programme with interactive activities and close collaboration with the HR Director post-COVID-19.
- Attained an eNPS of 88–100 by strategically managing monthly Business Learning programmes and Leader Talks for the leadership team, fostering leadership development and employee engagement.
- Curated thematic training series including Leader Talks (Storytelling, Career Advancement, Logical Thinking), AI Training Series, EQ Coaching Sessions and Monthly Business Learning for Leadership – reaching 2,000+ employees across all levels.

- Co-developed solutions addressing member retention and localisation of Lean In resources, sharing best practices with fellow Advisory Board members globally.
- Contributed to the Lean In Conference 2025, covering agenda planning, survey review and event coordination.

- Supervised and directed operations for a team of 130+ members, creating a space for 5,000+ students to develop skills and explore career opportunities through online and offline workshops.
- Provided direct mentorship to 70+ mentees (~2 per month) in CV writing, communication, time management and mock interview practice.
- Enabled 80% of mentees to pass all rounds of their applications; one mentee secured a 95% scholarship at Fulbright University Vietnam and another a 50% scholarship at British University Vietnam.

- Founded and grew the SunJob Community (since Nov 2025) to provide career guidance, curated opportunities and practical job-search tips for the Vietnamese market via sunjob.careers/mentoring.
